What a private transfer includes
A private transfer is a whole vehicle reserved for your group, not a seat on someone else's schedule. You set the departure time, there is no fixed timetable to meet, and the price covers the journey rather than a headcount.
A driver who speaks English
Someone who knows the route, the stops worth making, and where the border queues build up. Available for questions the whole way.
Door-to-door pickup and drop-off
From your hotel lobby, apartment entrance, cruise port or airport arrivals hall, to the closest accessible point to your address at the other end.
Fuel, tolls and the vehicle
The full cost of the planned route is in the price you see. No fuel surcharge, no toll extras, no surprise on arrival.
An air-conditioned car or van
Sedan for up to 3 passengers, van for up to 8. Both clean, both comfortable on a four-hour coastal drive in August.
National park entrance tickets, meals and gratuities are paid separately. How much does a private transfer in Croatia cost?+
Our transfers start at €50 for the short Split to Split Airport run and rise with distance — a long coastal route such as Plitvice Lakes to Dubrovnik is the top of the range. The price you see is the price for the whole vehicle, with VAT included and no fuel or toll surcharges added on the day.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?+
Per vehicle. Four people travelling together pay the same as one, which is what usually makes a private transfer cheaper than separate bus or ferry tickets once there is more than a single traveller.
How many passengers and how much luggage fit?+
A sedan carries up to 3 passengers and a van up to 8, both air-conditioned. You choose the vehicle during booking, and the price shown for each option already accounts for the luggage that group size normally brings.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?+
No. You pay a 17% deposit online to confirm the booking, and the balance goes directly to your driver on the day. That keeps the reservation firm without tying up the whole amount in advance.
Can I add a sightseeing stop along the way?+
Yes. Stops such as Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Ston or Mostar are selected during booking and confirmed with your driver before the travel date, so nothing has to be negotiated in the car. Each stop is listed with the route it belongs to.
How late can I book a transfer?+
Online booking stays open until 12 hours before pickup. For anything closer than that, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether a driver is free.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 24 hours before the transfer and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the booking cannot be cancelled, because the driver and vehicle are already committed to your route.
Which routes do you cover?+
We run 17 fixed routes between Split, Zadar, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes and Ljubljana, including Split Airport and Šibenik. Anything not listed is quoted on request — a family-run fleet can take routes a fixed timetable cannot.
