Private Experience Croatia is a family business, built by people who grew up on these roads. Founded in Split in 2003 by Bozo Bulat who started in tourism alongside his father and never really stopped the team today is six people, all family, all from Dalmatia. Every driver is local. Every vehicle is private. Every route is built around your group, your pace, and your schedule. We have been driving guests between Split and Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Plitvice, ferry ports and national park entrances for over two decades. That experience is not in a manual. It is in knowing which entrance to use at Plitvice in July, how long the Neum crossing takes on a summer Saturday, and where to stop on the Pelješac peninsula for oysters that were in the sea two hours ago. No shared coaches. No strangers added to your booking. No surprise fees on arrival. Just a private vehicle, a driver who knows the route, and a departure time you choose.

Who is behind Private Experience Croatia?
Private Experience Croatia was founded in Split in 2003 by Bozo Bulat, who grew up in the city and started working in tourism during secondary school first alongside his father as a driver, then gradually building the business into what it is today. The team is now six people, all family close or extended, which in Dalmatia covers a considerable range plus licensed local guides in Split. Everyone on the team is from the Dalmatian coast. Are the vehicles private or shared? Every vehicle is 100% private. Your group only, for every booking. We do not operate shared shuttles or add passengers to existing bookings. Private is not an upgrade we offer on top of a shared service it is the only format we have ever operated in. Are passengers insured? Yes. All passengers are fully insured during every private tour and transfer operated by Private Experience Croatia. What vehicles do you use? Standard transfers use a Škoda Octavia 2026 Sportline sedan for 1 to 3 passengers or a Renault Trafic Passenger 2025 van for groups of up to 8 passengers. Luxury vehicles Mercedes V-Class and executive sedans are available on request for premium transfers and special occasions. Can you arrange child seats? Yes. Child seats can be requested in advance. Please include the child's age and any specific seat requirement when booking or when contacting us directly via WhatsApp. Can you organise custom routes or multi-day itineraries? Yes. Custom transfers, multi-day itineraries, extra stops, wine tastings, and larger group bookings can all be arranged. Contact us via WhatsApp or email before booking and we will plan the route around your schedule and interests. What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure for all transfers. For private tours, cancellation is free up to 7 days before departure. Later cancellations may include a partial charge depending on timing. All details are confirmed at booking. Do you operate year round? Yes. Private Experience Croatia operates tours and transfers in every season spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Some national park entrances and ferry routes operate on seasonal schedules. Your driver will advise on the best timing and access for any stops that vary by time of year.
