About Krka
Krka sits inland from Šibenik, close enough to Split for a relaxed day out rather than a rushed one. Most visitors head straight for Skradinski Buk, where boardwalks loop past the falls, old watermills and viewpoints over the river.
The park is open year round, with the longest opening hours and the busiest paths in July and August. Spring and early autumn are quieter, cooler for walking, and the water is usually at its most photogenic.
