All our private tours and transfers are priced per vehicle, not per person, and VAT is always included. One clear price covers your whole group of up to 8 passengers.

Every route has a fixed per-vehicle price shown on its page, VAT included. For larger groups, luxury vehicles or fully custom multi-day trips we send a tailored quote: just tell us the route, date and number of guests.

For 1-3 passengers we use a comfortable sedan such as a VW Passat or Škoda Octavia. For groups up to 8 we use an air-conditioned van such as an Opel Vivaro or Renault Trafic. Luxury vehicles can be arranged on request.

Yes, in the van. It seats up to 8 passengers and its large luggage area takes 6 to 8 people with full luggage, so 6 guests with 6 suitcases of 24 to 26 inches fit comfortably. Enter your large and small bags when you book so the driver plans the loading.

Yes. We pick you up directly at your hotel, apartment, airport or port whenever access allows, and drop you at your exact destination. If an address has restricted access, the driver meets you at the closest accessible point and shares clear pickup details in advance.

Yes. All drives are with a private, English-speaking local driver who knows the roads, timing, national-park hours and border crossings.

The price includes the private vehicle, driver, fuel and road tolls. Attraction entrance tickets, meals and an optional licensed guide are not included and are arranged separately when you want them.

Yes. The price per vehicle includes VAT, fuel, motorway tolls, parking and any vignette or road tax on the way, Bosnia and Mostar included, plus the driver and the vehicle. It is the final price; the only possible extra is a drop-off in Dubrovnik's special zone, explained below.

Luggage is always included, however much you bring. Waiting is free: 15 minutes after the agreed time, 60 minutes after landing at the airport. A drop-off in Dubrovnik's special traffic zone beside the old town costs €20, or nothing if your accommodation has its own parking; pickups there are at the car park by the old town entrance.

You can reserve online by paying a 17% deposit securely by card (Stripe) and settle the balance with the driver on the day. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Single-day tours and transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. Multi-day tours can be cancelled free up to 7 days before departure. Later cancellations are charged as described in our cancellation policy.

Yes. All passengers are insured for the whole journey on every private tour and transfer operated by Private Experience Croatia, in line with Croatian law. The service is run by BULAT TRANSFER d.o.o., a Croatian company registered for passenger transport by vehicle with driver.

Yes. Extra scenic stops, a licensed guide, child seats and wine or food tastings can all be added when you book, as long as the route and timing allow it. Just mention it in your inquiry.
