This site is owned and administered by Private Experience Croatia (hence “Agency”); Bulat Transfer d.o.o., Omiška 14a, 21000 Split, Croatia. The agreement between the Customer and Agency is regarded to have taken effect the moment the Agency sends the Customer formal confirmation of the reservation. By making a reservation, Clients agree to abide by the duties outlined in these terms and conditions.
Terms of Reservation
The available services are presented on our website together with descriptive text, images, and customer reviews. Each trip is accompanied by a page that offers all the program information, including online-bookable dates and costs. Requests for further information can be made via email. Due to the fact that all of our trips take place outdoors, they are subject to weather and traffic conditions, on-site scenarios, and other unanticipated factors. Thus, our tour guides may modify the itinerary to enhance the Customer’s experience. In accordance with Croatian law, customers are issued invoices that include VAT. The Agency maintains the safety, security, and confidentiality of all Client information and purchases made via our website or partner firms. The Agency safeguards and manages customer data. The buyer’s information will be used strictly for the purposes of completing the transaction, delivering the purchased item, communicating about new product releases, and resolving any customer service issues.
Reservations
To secure any of our excursions or specials, the customer must pay the whole cost. If the amount exceeds 2500 EUR, we simply require a 50% payment, with the remaining balance required seven days before to the start date. Our rates are listed on our website, and only discount codes that we offer four times a year can be used to make adjustments. Reservations are finalized upon receipt of the full payment, which signifies the Customer’s acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Payment
The Agency offers the following purchase options for select tours:
Payment by bank transfer. Consumers will get the Agency’s bank account information through email and have two business days to make the payment and send a confirmation of payment. The Agency will email the Client confirmation (Voucher) and other tour-related information upon receipt of payment. We require that any foreign transactions be performed with OUR instruction, which means that the Client is responsible for all bank fees.
Pay online with on of payment getaways company uses. Our team will send a payment link to the consumer. The payment links will be valid for four days, and the client must finish the reservation within that time frame. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2.a Disclaimer of Exchange Rate-Induced Difference (For clients who make payment by credit card only).
The Agency will charge the Client’s credit card in Euro (EUR). This amount will be converted to the currency of the customer’s credit card account by the credit card company or bank. Please note that the EUR prices listed on our website are approximations intended to aid the customer’s comprehension. Due to this conversion, there may be a little discrepancy between the original price listed on our website and the converted price.
Refund, Cancellation, and Change Policy
Thank you for selecting our Tour Agency for your travel needs. We’d like to inform you of our cancellation, reservation modification, and refund policies.
If you need to modify your reservation, please call our office at +385912530812 or send an email to info@private-experience-croatia.com. Changes to the number of passengers or the date of the service must be made at least two days prior to the scheduled departure. We have the right to amend the pricing based on any changes made to the reservation.
In the case that you must cancel your tour, cancellation refunds are available. While we would greatly regret your decision, we acknowledge that there are numerous valid reasons behind it. After fourteen days of receiving your written cancellation notice, we will refund any payments made to our agency (minus any applicable cancellation fees).

COVID 19 REFUND POLICY
For all bookings that are canceled because of COVID 19, we will provide a 100% refund. The situation is not perfect and we are all doing the best we can to return our lives and habits to “old normal”.
Many of our guests had to cancel in 2020 because of COVID 19 and we expect cancellations in 2021 again. For each booking for a group or private tour that will be canceled because of COVID 19, we will provide a full refund within 14 working days.
1. Customers obligations and responsibilities
The customer must inform us in writing of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your tour commences.
Customers are obligated to read information and advice about the tour they participate in and to dress according to weather conditions. Agency denies any liability in that case.
During the tour, your tour guide may take photographs and films of you (as part of a group) while you are a passenger and these may be used in our brochures, advertising and publicity material, and/or social networks with Customers’ consent.
2.Liability
All Agency’s tour includes Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance provided free of charge as
part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.
Food is not included in any of our tours. However, our tour guides will suggest you restaurants and cafes for certain meals. Agency denies any liability for food consumption consequence.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions.
3. Luggage liability
The Agency, however, is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage or personal belongings during the tour. Lost or stolen luggage is to be reported to the tour guide or to the relevant police station
4.Complaints
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Agency has provided, please notify your 7×24 hours available Private Experience Croatia Customer care service to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your tour email info@private-experience-croatia.com.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email (info@private-experience-croatia.com), regular mail (Omiška 14a, 21000 Split, Croatia), or tel. (+385912530812) within 8 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Agency will not be liable for any claims made later than 8 days after the completion of your tour.
1. Final provisions
Provisions of these General Terms and conditions do not apply if the parties before the conclusion of the agreement on them individually negotiated, and the other party thereby
may affect their content like the subject and the price of the contract if they are clear, understandable and easily distinguishable.
For package bookings in which our Agency acts as an agent for third parties, specific terms and conditions may apply.
The contents and formats on these websites, with the exception of the parts of text and pictures that have no commercial character and are exclusively meant for the purpose of guest information and the promotion of tourist services in Croatia, are owned by the Agency. The contents may be copied only for non-commercial purposes and for individual use, respecting all copyrights and owner’s rights.
This website has been designed for use within the Republic of Croatia. By accessing this website you are agreeing that the Courts of Croatia will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us and that Croatian law shall be the applicable law.
