    Cancellation Policy

    We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your tour, however, we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to the Agency (less any cancellation fee if applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

    GROUP TOURS AND PRIVATE

    • For a reservation canceled up to 7 days prior to departure – no charge;
    • For a reservation canceled from 7 to 5 days prior to departure – 30% of total trip cost;
    • For a reservation canceled from 4 to 3 days prior to departure – 50% of the total trip cost
    • In case cancelation within 48 hours or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

    Are the pets allowed in vehicles?

    Small pets in their bag/cage are allowed but let us know on email that you have pet. 

    How much luggage is allowed?

    Each passenger can have checked luggage and carry on. If have excess luggage let us know in advance. 

    Is it allowed to smoke in vehicle? 


    Smoking is not allowed but we can always make stop for you. 

    Is it tip included in the price?

    Tip is not included but if you are satisfied with driver you can reward him. Tips are always welcome in Croatia. 

    Will my driver speak English?

    Yes, all drivers are speaking English (sometimes additional language too). They are happy to speak about culture and history with you and trying to answer on all your questions. 

    Do you have baby seats?

    Yes we have, but please inform us in advance during booking process. 

    Where can I find my driver?

    Driver will pick up you at address of your hotel or private accommodation. If is pick in airport/ferry port driver will wait you with your name on sign at exit check out. 

    Can I pay in cash?

    Yes you can pay directly to the driver. 

    I didn’t find transfer/day tours/multiday tours on the list can you still provide service?

    Please contact us and we will be glad to help you and provide service. 

    Where I will add extra stop on the way?

    On the second step during booking proces you can add extra stop, guide etc. 

    What type of vehicle will I get?

    ou will receive vehicle that best fits number of passengers in group (1-3 VW Passat or simular) for bigger group (up to 8 Opel Vivaro or similar) if you are looking for more luxury vehicles be free to contact us we have even that. 

    We are big group of people can you organize that?

    No problem for that, contact us and we will organize minibus or coach bus for your group.
